2. Scheduling & Access
By booking our services, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your yard on scheduled service days. Holy Crap LLC is not responsible for missed cleanups due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or inaccessible yards. In such cases, the full service fee may still apply.
3. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service booking. Holy Crap LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Recurring service clients will be billed on the agreed schedule.
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
